2008 ONONDAGA CUP RACE AT LABRADOR

• Sign-up will begin at 9:00 AM in the Old Bar Room in the Main Lodge. Race is scheduled to begin at 12:00 NOON.
  
  WHO CAN RACE?
• Race is open to all racers 12 years of age or older. Put a team together or come as an individual and be assigned to a team at sign-up time. J1 and J2 racers are welcome.
  
  TEAM MAKE-UP & SCORING:
  
  
• Each Race Team will consist of 1 Female and 4 Male Racers as a minimum. Up to 4 women and 7 men may be on a given team. " NASTAR team scoring will be used to establish total team points. Team points will be based on the highest female points combined with the four highest male points. The team with the highest number of points will be awarded 1st place. " The fastest time of 2 runs will be counted for each racer.
  
  AWARDS:
• Pizza/beer/soda party following the race in the 'Ole Bar in the Main Lodge.
• Trophies and medals will be awarded to the winning team members.
• Trophies will also be awarded for each age and gender group similar to Masters and NASTAR races.
  
  REGISTRATION:
  
  
  
• $15 per person for racers who are Labrador ski pass holders, Labrador Team NASTAR members, or Labrador J1 or J2 racers.
• $30 per person for J1 or J2 racers from other mountains (includes lift ticket)
• $30 per person for College Students (includes lift ticket)
• $35 for all others (includes lift ticket)
• Begins @ 9 AM on race day in the 'Ole Bar in the Main Lodge at Labrador Mtn.
• For those planning to race, please inform Marvin Patnode of the OSC Race Committee by February 23, 2008 in person, by phone @ 652-0430, or by e-mail mpatnode@earthlink.net. , so that plans can be made for the correct number of racers and teams.

  2008 SUNDAY TEAM NASTAR RACES AT LABRADOR

  One practice session on Sunday, Jan. 6th, will be followed by the Four Races: Jan. 13th & 20th, Feb. 3rd & 10th.
  
  Awards cerimony after the last race on Feb 11th
  Dates and times are subject to change due to weather and unforeseeable conditions at the discretion of Labrador Mountain.
  
  Teams will be comprised of at least 6 racers and cost $240/team.
  Races will be held on the NASTAR race trail with a 2 PM start time.
  Racers should be checked in and should pick up their passes at least one half hour before each race.

  All team rosters should be received by Rick Bunnell at Labrador Mountain by Jan 7th, P.O. Box 105, Route 91, Truxton, NY 13158 or email rbunz@aol.com. before the first scheduled race.
  No changes are accepted after the race series begins.

  2008 TUESDAY NIGHT RACE LEAGUE AT LABRADOR

  Six Giant Slalom Races starting at 7:00 PM;
  
  Race Dates: Racing starts on Jan 8th, Teams will be comprised of at least 5 racers and cost $230/team.
  
  Race dates Jan. 8, 15, 22, 29 and Feb. 5, 2008.
  All races are Tuesdays at 7:00 PM.
  Race Finals: Feb 9, 2008 at 12:00 Noon and Awards party that night.

  2008 WEDNESDAY NIGHT TEAM CHALLENGE SERIES AT TOGGENBURG

  
  Eight weeks of racing starting at 7:00 pm:
  
  Race Dates: Racing starts on Jan 2nd, Teams will be comprised 5 men and 2 women and cost $350/team.
  
  Race dates Jan. 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 and Feb. 6, 13, and 27th, 2008.
  All races are Wednesdays at 7:00 PM.
  Race Finals: Saturday, March 1, 2008 at 2:00 PM with an Awards Party after the competition.
