Skiers from Syracuse generally head south on Route 81, where four of the higher elevations are. Farthest away is Greek Peak in the Cortland/Virgil area. At 900 feet in vertical, Greek boasts of 28 trails and lots of snowmaking. Located on Route 392, they can be reached at (800)955-2754.
