New Business

.  Movie Night- Chris Watson is looking into a movie night at the Palace Theater which has been recently renovated.  He feels that we need to attract new members and that this would be an excellent venue to introduce the club and its benefits.

Meetings- To save time at meetings, it was suggested that we hand out lists of events or have one person read all the upcoming events.

Trip committee- Art Holbin is still chairman of the trip committee in absentia.  Judy Swanson wondered why members of the trip committee were not informed about the committee’s decisions.  Scott pointed out that the committee needed to move forward in a timely manner.  Tom Button made the point that different people need to be involved.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:39 PM.

Respectfully submitted

Anne Sonne, Recording Secretary
