Dave Figura of the Post Standard contacted Jack regarding club activities for publication.

NEW BUSINESS: Ken suggested that we update contact info on New Jersey Ski Council website. Also, stickers are needed on membership cards when asking for Sugarbush tickets. Mary Clay recommended that we find someone to do publicity as we have had none lately. No action was taken. She also questioned whether club has a liability concern if non-members who participate in our activities are injured. She mentioned that we are trying to be open to new people and may need to resolve this issue. Jack mentioned that the Cycling Club has waivers non-members must sign if they ride with that club.
There being no further business, Marv moved and Jan seconded and meeting was adjourned at 7:55pm.
Respectfully submitted,
Marian LaPierre
Corres. Secretary
