Secretary’s Report: Motion made by Scott, seconded by Jack to accept the September minutes as sent via e-mail and posted on the web site. Accepted.

Treasurer’s Report: John e-mailed the report to board members. He indicated in his e-mail: 1. The Covewood trip is complete with an exact income and expenses of $2,600. John Whelan does a great job with the trip financial data. 2. The Vanguard fund is inaccurate and stands at $42,932.26, an increase of about $500, due to electronic updating and inaccurate initial values. 3. Cost of lodge questionnaire project was $163.20 so far, including postage, envelopes and printing. Only a portion of the stamps were attributed to the questionnaire since the bulk of the postage was for membership renewals. 4. In addition, the accounting expenses dropped by $500. Jack objected to part of the postage being charged to Membership.
