Activities
OK. By now you must have figured out we're heavy into skiing.
When it's cold and there's snow on them-thar hills, we ski, ski, ski.
We might get a cold day or two in May, but late November through early
April is about all we can hope for locally. Diehards head to our Lodge in
Vermont for early and late skiing.
So, what do we do when the temperature rises? Why we sit on the couch
and watch Warren Miller flicks with the A/C unit set for frigid. We put
on our ski boots and clomp around looking for the December issue of some
ski mag. We tinker with the bindings, and stone the edges again and again....
NOT!
Heck, the ski's are stashed somewhere, and out come the summer toys.
Bikes, blades, bats, rackets, clubs, canoes, backpacks, shorts! Hardly a
day goes by without a group of Onondaga Ski Club members getting together
somewhere to enjoy the outdoors during the summer months.
Join us for the fun. Some things do not require a membership, but it's
more fun if you have one 'cause you can do everything...YES!
